Elsa Ylva Hermine Billgren, born February 1, 1986, in Gothenburg, is a Swedish presenter, artist, vintage fashion blogger and personal shopper. Directly after high school, Billgren began her TV career at the former ZTV, where she worked as a reporter and presenter.
