Manny Leo Velazquez (born: May 13, 1998) in Chicago, Illinois is a puerto rican independent filmmaker best known for his underground b-movies; Savage High (2015), I Recorded a Murder! (2016) and Dreamier: An American Nightmare (2017). Velazquez started making low-budget feature length films as a teenager and made his first feature length slasher film called Savage High (2015) at the age of 15 that was shot and edited at his high school. Afterwards he wrote and directed his second feature length
