Robert Foxworth is an American actor born on November 1, 1941, in Houston, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in acting from Carnegie Mellon University and began his career as a stage actor, notably performing at Washington D.C.'s Arena Stage. Foxworth is best known for his television roles, including Chase Gioberti on the popular soap opera "Falcon Crest" (1981โ€“1987), and Bernard Chenowith in the drama series "Six Feet Under" (2001โ€“2003).
