Born 1986, Kanagawa, Japan.
In 2008, began publishing doujinshi at COMITIA under the circle 彼岸泥棒.
In 2010, first debuted in a commercial magazine (Monthly IKKI) with the award-winning 「理科室の雪」. Afterwards has been published by Ota Publishing, ASCII Media Works, Dengeki Daioh GENESIS, Dengeki Daioh "G", Also worked on various anthologies, short story books, and other illustration productions.
In 2014, discontinued commercial illustration work, but continued publishing doujinshi under the name けむほこ.
In 2019, returned to commercial publication with a new serialisation in Torch web magazine.
