LINGHING-KWONG suffers business setbacks in running TAI FOK Department Store, He asks his son KA-SU to comeback from the States to give him a hand. SAI-CHEONG, who intends to swallow Ling's business. KA-SU dies in a car accident. HING-KWONG thinks that his youngest son. KA-MING is responsible for it.

HING KWONG's business have gone bankrupt. He gets into conflicts with LING MAN who moves out of the house. Determined to succeed in life, LING MAN gets married with SAI-CHEONG. KA-MING takes up the burden of the family. His girlfriend Maggie leaves. him and turns to SAI-CHEONG's son LAPKAI. KA-MAN discovers that SAI-CHEONG is net as wealthy as she has thought. They force him to give back the passport in exchange for YEE-CHU whom they have abducted. However, SAI-CHEONG and LAP-KAI are finally arrested by the police. YEE-CHU is saved by KA-MING.
