Overview
38 parrots - a cycle of Soviet puppet cartoons for children. The cycle consists of 10 short cartoons about the relationship of four animals - the Monkey, the Baby Elephant, the Parrot, the Boa constrictor and the grandmother of the latter.

Parrot, Monkey and Elephant are excited to understand how long their friend Boa is. They finally arrive to the result, though it is measured in quite a strange fashion.

Boa's grandma came to visit her grandson.

The Boa got sick. So everybody wants to treat him. In fact, nobody understood him.
Where Is The Baby Elephant Headed?
Baby elephant goes somewhere. Everybody wants to know where he goes. It turned out, that he is just hanging around.
What If It Works?
Parrot sets forth for a nest. But he foots. Appears is afraid to fly, because never tried.
Best Regard To The Monkey
Boa is in great mood and wants to share it with Monkey. So he sends his best regard to her through Elephant.
Tomorrow Is Tomorrow
Elephant, Boa and Marmoset, decided that the future already had come and mark New Year.
