Qin Shi cannot believe that her sham marriage will come true, she is so nervous about it. Yang Hua always keeps her company and supports her although there are a lot of complicated steps and process in the wedding.

Yang Hua is hard to find a job so he hopes his friend, Cai Liang to help him. Cai Liang tells Yang Hua that there is a position in his department but it may not be suitable for him since he needs to communicate with others frequently. Unbelievably, Yang Hua accepts his recommendation. Yang Hua's parents are happy with it.

Yang Hua hates to see Qin Shi who works at the Archives, He also feels jealous when Tao Junhui cares about her. Qin Shi tells him that Tao Junhui believes she has an affair with Yang Hua when they break up before.

On behalf of Li Dai's client, Cao Yiren, she discusses prenuptial agreement with Qin Shi's Firm. As the enemy of Qin Shi, Li Dai knows her well, also she tells Qin Shi about the rich woman who buy a watch to thank her client only. Thus, there is nothing between them.

Wu Fei finds out about the contract between her father and her boss, Tang Yihui. Her father hopes to deter her from getting married to Tao Junhui but he fails. Therefore, Wu Fei's father plays his trump card and posted to her some photos capturing intimate behavior between Tao Junhui and Qin Shi.

After receiving the photo, Wu Fei confronted Tang Yihui angrily but Tang says suspicion and jealousy are useless at this moment. A prenuptial agreement is a touchstone for testing their relationship between them.

Tao Junhui and Wu Fei meet each other's parents in the restaurant. Junhui's mother is pleased that Mr. Wu bought an apartment. But when she realizes Junhui signed the prenup, she feels that Mr. Wu did not respect her son.

Qin Shi and Yang Hua arrive the ballroom only to realize this is not a private party, but an award ceremony which has gathered the people of finance industry. Yang Hua who is usually not a social person, becomes the center of attention.

Yang Hua has inferiority complex about his past years. Qin Shi blames herself for bringing him to socialize. Yang Hua thinks this is not her fault. Instead, he is willing to tell her about his experience for the first time.

Qin Shi is annoyed with Wang Jiesen due to his ulterior motives. Luckily, she knows where Tao Junhui will go for investigation so she follows him. She can get rid of Wang Jiesen while she can step in the case.
