Manu's life is introduced where he lives in Lucknow and works hard for a respectful future. On the other hand, his 'Daadi' is his support and confidant who advises him on every aspect of his life. It is Manu's wedding today but he is working his shift in the morning and asks for a half-day to attend his own wedding.

Mannu and his father Shyamlal Maura visit different banks to get a business loan for seven lakh rupees. Mannu wants to start a tent house and needs this money. Shyamlal takes him to a bank where they meet Ganesh, the bank manager whose father was a close friend of Shyamlal. The bank denies giving them a loan due to their bad civil score.

Mannu sees no beam of light to get a loan from a bank for their tent house. He is in a dilemma about whether to accept the offer of Daddy Ji. Daadi Maa narrates to him an incident about his childhood, that once he was in need of oxygen and an accident victim had helped him to arrange for oxygen. Mannu gets to know that the person was Daddy Ji himself. He calls him and agrees to marry his daughter Gargi which will also get him seven lakh rupees.

Deepu and his father-in-law are still trying to look for a way to open their new imperial tent house instead of the 'Jai Mata' tent house. Kanaklata gets to know about Mannu's meeting, she scolds her for not keeping his work as his first priority and sends him for the meeting.

Deepu's father-in-law gives back his money and removes him from teh new imperial tent house. Daddy Ji calls Gargi to know about her condition, he also talks to Mannu who assures him to remain calm. Mannu gets a call from Lok Dal, he gets the contract as the new imperial tent house suggests his name for the same.

Kanaklata is unable to digest teh closeness of Deepu and Mannu, according to her Deepu can't be trusted. Deepu is being friendly with Mannu, he also helps him in arrangements for the rally. Kanaklata calls a family meeting and draws the family's attention towards the same, Deepu hears the conversation and confronts the family for the same.

Vishvaas fights with Mannu and accuses him to get personal with Gargi. Mannu also beats him and accuses him to be careless with his girlfriend. Accidently, Vishvaas hits a chair and starts bleeding, Mannu takes him to a doctor. Deepu's father-in-law is not happy with Mannu starting his new tent house, asks his goons to burn the structure of the rally. The Lok Dal Party accuses Mannu to be involved with the opposition and beats him.

the goons of Lok Dal comes to beat Mannu as they think he has been involved with the opposition party. They throw stones petrol bombs at the house. Deepu who knows teh main culprit of short-circuiting runs to rescue his family. Daddy Ji comes to the rescue of the Maurya family.

Deepak and Kanak continue to fight until Dadi intervenes. Daddy arrives with gifts and attempts to cheer everyone up. But will this attempt by Daddy be of any help? What will happen next?
