About This Season
Nora returns to Stockholm after a year in London, ready for a carefree summer with friends. But her world shatters when she learns her cancer is back, and this time, it's worse. Desperate for answers, she reaches out to her estranged mother, Jill, hoping to mend their broken bond. As her health declines, so does her grip on the relationships that matter most. Pushing away her father, friends, and Milo, she clings to the idea of a mother’s love, only to be let down once again. Just when she finally finds peace in letting go, a sudden health crisis leaves her hovering between life and death. Now, with everything on the line, she must fight not just for survival, but for the life she still has.

The Welcome Party
Nora gets a surprise welcome party from her friends on her return to Stockholm after studying in London for a year. However, joy quickly turns into worry when the hospital contacts her and asks to see her.
The Climb
The negative news devastates Nora, but she doesn't want to be treated as a victim. Nora spends time with Alina and Doris to clear her mind and they convince her to go out with Milo. He surprises her with a climbing date.

Nora starts losing her hair and getting sick, but she tries to maintain her appearance; Doris learns of a revolutionary piece of news, but Mårten ignores her every time she tries to contact him.
The Secret
Nora and Jill get invitations for the same event, so Nora drops everything to get closer to her mum; Doris's surprisingly good grade encourages her to finally confide in Nora and Alina; Nora receives another message that turns everything upside down.
The Fog
The latest news crushes Nora and the people closest to her are concerned about her. Unable to see how everyone just intends to support her, Nora pushes them away one by one.
The Birthday
Jill wants to take Nora and her friends out to a restaurant to celebrate Nora's birthday. However, the dinner takes an unexpected turn, which leads to all of them being thrown out. The friends get into a dispute and Nora decides to go to her mum's.
The Breath
Nora realises she must deal with her mum and after a meeting with Leila at Noveau, she seeks out Jill again. But soon Nora's nausea escalates and she faints. Milo and Leif are at her side in despair as Nora's condition hovers between life and death.
