Resigned from her job, Radhi tries to find solace at home. Reena, now a senior resident, has a tiff with Arjun, the new CEO. Everyone gears up to welcome a fresh batch of interns.

Teju, now working in a modest clinic, is firm about not forgiving Naveen. While Radhi struggles to adapt to a new life, a dejected Madan considers suicide.

Preetham assigns a high-profile case to Reena with an ulterior motive. Radhi meets Teju when she tries to save a man's life. Divi and Sid plan to reunite their estranged parents.

Anitha feels slighted when Reena gets control of her patient's case. A long-awaited family outing turns disastrous when Dev publicly lashes out at Radhi.

Radhi begins visiting Teju's clinic for an unusual reason. Preetham gets upset with Reena when Arjun confronts him about the unjust work allotment for the nurses.

Kiran invites Arjun to the party Rocky and Guna are planning to help the juniors bond. At the hospital, Reena is caught off guard when Thyagarajan visits her unexpectedly.

Thyagarajan asks Reena to drop him home. Radhi remains emotionless and refuses to share her struggles with her father. Reena gets into trouble when she steps in to help Kiran.

Arjun is surprised to see Reena and Kiran attend the party together. Rocky grows suspicious of Guna's odd behaviour. Arjun tries to speak with Reena, but she refuses to oblige.

Arjun recovers from the accident. Preetham divides the resident doctors into teams for a case. Teju seeks Radhi's help when a criminal terrorises her to perform his wife's surgery.

Radhi guides Teju through a tense surgery. Reena is annoyed with Arjun's newly imposed rule. Kiran fights a stranger for Reena. Friction builds as Anitha mocks Guna's abilities

Reena wins the case, but midway through the surgery, Guna's diagnosis is proven right. Arjun and Reena argue about the change in treatment during surgery and the increased expenses.

Reena encounters Radhi at the market. Complications escalate when conjoined twins are born. Reena admits that only one person is skilled to attempt the life-altering operation.

Expecting Arjun to get Radhi for the complex surgery, Reena fumes when a new surgeon arrives. Later, she enjoys making dosas for Thyagarajan. As she drops him home, she runs into Dev.

Raghav, the new surgeon, misbehaves with Anitha. While Guna is hurt as she does not confide in him, Arjun warns Raghav about his conduct. Madan approaches Arjun for a job.

Reena runs into Teju when they meet with a minor accident. Panic grips the hospital when Raghav disappears after Arjun's warning. With no option left, Arjun turns to Radhi for help.

Dev and Divi ask Radhi to reconsider her decision. Motivated, she returns to the hospital and successfully takes charge of the surgery. Arjun and Reena try to be friends again.

Radhi agrees to return to the hospital but on her terms. Sensing a threat to his position, Preetham feels insecure. Teju confronts Radhi for speaking to Arjun on her behalf.

Guna gets teary as Jennifer is admitted in critical condition. Radhi rejects the chief doctor's post. She asks Anitha to take over a key case from Reena. Teju returns to the hospital.

Radhi gets upset as Dev says nothing has changed between them. Tension rises as Preetham prods into Radhi's case and gives tips. Naveen is thrilled to work with Teju on a new case.

Reena confronts Radhi for taking her off the case. Guna makes a peculiar request to Jennifer. Madan is upset with Arjun for not giving him a job. Later, he gets a surprise visitor.

Manasa returns and informs Madan she wants the hospital back. Radhi suggests an alternative treatment for Preetham’s patient in his absence. Naveen and Teju visit a patient’s home.

Preetham lashes out at Reena for altering the patient's treatment and clashes with Radhi, making Arjun angry. Reena breaks protocol to ensure the patient gets the correct treatment.

Feeling overshadowed by Radhi, Preetham vents out on Kamal. Radhi warns Reena against her actions. Kiran and Rocky are dazed when Nilofer makes a shocking statement at her engagement.

Reena, Rocky, and Arjun feel awkward when Radhi forcibly joins Thyagarajan and the kids for a dinner party they all planned. Teju sees Guna and Anitha sharing an intimate moment.

Radhi lashes out at Thyagarajan for meddling in her life. Chaos erupts at the hospital as the nurses go on strike over the toxic work culture. Manasa reveals her plan to Madan.

Reena tries to learn about her past from Thyagarajan. Kiran's date plan fails as Nilofer blurts it to Reena. While Manasa plots a meeting with Arjun, Teju tells Guna Naveen's truth.

Rathi offers to teach Bharatanatyam to the ladies. Manasa tricks Arjun into believing that she is looking for a job. Preetham gets blamed when a patient dies, but Reena saves him.

Radhi berates Reena to respect seniority when they clash over a surgery. Arjun feels jealous of Kiran and Reena’s date. Radhi gets emotional seeing Dr Vijay receiving an award.

Reena meets Radhi at the temple, triggering queries about her birth. Manasa reconnects with Arjun. Finally admitting to her fear of the past, Radhi reveals a harsh truth to Reena.

Resolved to get Thyagarajan’s number, Reena seeks Rocky and Teju's help to steal Radhi’s phone. Selected to the board, Manasa shares a moment with Arjun, leaving Reena rattled.
