Salma crosses paths with Jalal, the man who would become the love of her life and the protagonist of the bedtime story she tells their kids every night. Now, she must face the hardships of life all alone.

Salma struggles to continue working late and leaving her kids at home. In a moment of desperation, she sells one of her most precious belongings.

Jouly dreams of wearing a princess dress to Dima’s wedding, but Salma cannot afford to buy her one. Later, Haifa embroils her in a situation that puts her and the kids at risk.

Jouly decides to take a stroll alone without permission, causing Salma to a panic. Mirna manipulates her mum to protect her secret.

Mirna spins a lie to her mum, but the latter sees right through it. Nadim tries to get closer to Salma and to help her. Halim continues to pressure Salma for information.

Salma leaves the kids with Nadim, where they bond with their grandmother for the first time. But what starts as a pleasant day takes a turn when Salma and her mother confront each other.

Nadim becomes increasingly suspicious and determined to learn the truth, despite Mirna’s resistance to his pressure. The kids get closer to Adel.

In a heartfelt moment, Jouly surprisingly calls Adel “dad”. With a heart set on justice, Nadim insists that Salma receives Jalal’s phone, pushing Howayda to take action.

Salma and Howayda search through the bazaar, hand in hand. Later, Salma reminisces over old footage of herself and Jalal, while Dima urges her to check his messages.

Randa’s jealousy over Adel intensifies when she sees him with the kids. An old picture of Jalal with a stranger sparks Salma’s curiosity, so she decides to give the latter a call.

After Raji participates in Mirna’s “game”, she invites him over. Randa is bent on seeking revenge on Salma. Meanwhile, Salma’s symptoms worsen.

Doctors urge Salma to inform her family of her case, but she refuses. An encounter with a fortune teller prompts Randa to follow through with her plan against Salma.

Salma’s condition takes a turn for the worse—she collapses at night, and suddenly, a fire breaks out. Realising the risks involved, Salma decides to move in with her mum.

Salma bids the house, Haifa and Adel farewell. Despite struggling to cope at her mum’s, Salma does all she can to make it feel like “home” for the kids.

After discovering Mirna’s true identity, Adel reaches out to Dima. Dima takes Wafa’s advice to heart and pays Salma a visit to show her support.

Dima hesitates to tell Salma the truth. Haifa is forced to return to her old ways to earn money. Salma collapses in front of Howayda and Nadim.

After Salma’s late-night hospital visit, Mirna manipulates Howaida into locking her out of the house. Haifa finds the perfect tailor for her stage dresses: Nadim.

In a tight spot, Mirna makes up another lie to cover her tracks in front of Adel. Hadi tries to make Wafa’ jealous.

When Haifa invites the family to the club for her first gig, Salma has no choice but to leave the kids with Mirna. Missing his mum, Shadi decides to give her a call.
