The residents of Sunshine colony wake up to a huge explosion in the middle of the night and the entire colony assembles downstairs out of curiosity and discuss their theories, Meanwhile, the real reason behind the explosion seems to be the crash landing of an alien space ship, where an alien family comes out of the ship, dazed and confused. The residents of the sunshine colony fail to understand the reason behind the explosion. They reach the location but see no sign of an explosion. Rajindar, who is a scientist, detects the entry of a spaceship on his radar. He relays this information to his seniors, but nobody trusts him. So he sets out on the search for the Spaceship himself. The alien family, on the other hand, reaches Sunshine colony to look for their family member. This leads to some interrogation, which makes the alien family uncomfortable and they ask if accommodation was possible in Sunshine colony. Will they be the newest residents?

The detector blinks when they enter Sunshine colony but the stops shortly after which is disappoints the entire family. However, the family meets an estate agent and try their best to look like humans, they all dress up like they're from different parts of the country which confuses the Estate agent and he asks them their family name. The family comes up with 'Ghotala'. Watch as the newest residents try to get themselves a place in the society.

The Estate agent shows a house to Ghotala family in Sunshine colony but something there upsets Ronny. The family stands next to the pool and Vasant thinks it would be appropriate to drink water from the swimming pool. The whole family follows his actions and starts drinking from the pool, this surprises the other residents. Watch as Ghotala family adapts to this hole in ground with water in it. Ghotala family gets saved by life guards. The residents of the colony are impressed at the family's bravery and decide to give permission to stay there in the colony. Ghotala family however catches flu and Ojha advises them to go to the doctor. The family agrees but have no clue what or who a doctor is. Meanwhile, Rajinder experiments with the red liquid on a mouse and the mouse becomes a human being.

Ghotala family returns from the doctor after their treatment. While on the way to home they see a thief snatching a bag away from an old man. Vasant uses his supernatural powers and catches the thief. They return the old man's bag and in return the old man provides them with the address of a man who forges documents required to get a house. With no knowledge about what food is The Ghotala family can only guess what food could do to humans. On the second morning their energy reduces abnd they look to the sun for a refill. Mitesh and Pritesh who are are keeping eye on them, see this and get curious. Sharad and Vasant go to agent's office with their documents to finalize the house. The Ghotala family is cooking as per instructions. Howver they have no clue what to do with a pressure cooker. Shishir, seems to be the only one with some knowledge about humans.
