After a fight with his mother, Nate decides he can no longer stay at home. During his escape attempt, he remembers his former best friend, Maddy, and the stories she used to tell. These memories lead Nate to confront Alice in a desperate attempt to convince her to let him leave the house, creating a growing tension that threatens to change their lives forever.
Episode 2
Taking advantage of the positive changes in his routine, Nate begins to believe that everything is returning to normal. However, upon visiting his old house, he realizes that even the smallest decision can have major consequences. What seemed like a simple visit quickly turns into a nightmare, revealing secrets and threatening everything he believed was returning to normal.

While trying to recover from a fight with his mother, Nate discovers something about her that could trigger major chaos. And with Maddy's help, the two get closer and closer to making it happen.
