This explosive docuseries follows the globe-trotting and thrill-seeking pyro-technicians of Montreal's Groupe Fiatlux-Ampleman, in events from Québec, to South Africa and China. This fearless team travels the globe detonating the most dangerous and spectacular fireworks. As they compete against other teams they encounter logistical and technical nightmares, and the risk of catastrophic failure.

Canada Day
In this episode, something doesn't feel right. After a mistake in setting up the tech, the team is in a serious time crunch. There is a lot of rush and confusion on the brink of the most important show in GFA's career.
Atlixco, Mexico
Rain clouds are moving in, threatening the set up of GFA's next show celebrating independence day in Mexico. The compromises in their set up lead to the show getting out of hand.

Derbyshire
In this episode, Phillipe is forced to work with an old enemy on the fields of England. Eric and Phillipe are in the middle of a fireworks face off across the pond. Four tom companies try to outshine each other at the UK Festival of Fireworks.
Quebec City and Italy
The big boss has a European road trip planned that will leave them shaken and humbled. And on a historic battle ground in Quebec City, Sebastien and crew are are waging their own war against time.
Barcelona
Philippe, Sebastien, and Maude are in Spain at the Festival de la Mercé to fire 3 shows that will be forever burned into their memory. And to solve a problem, Phil must dive into a live mortar field.
China and Old Quebec
A new member of the team faces a trial by fire when some wiring is mislabeled. Maude and Eric travel to Liuyang, China's city of fire, to get a new supplier for their fireworks.
South Africa
In south Africa Philippe is pushed to new heights as he designs a show and inspects a treacherous launch site. Things get shaky at the cricket championships, a two day event.
Mexico City and St. Jean Baptiste Day
At a graveyard show on home turf, a gerryrigged board stretches the crew to the breaking point. In Mexico City, GFA is building a wall of pyro to blast in the new year.
Chile
GFA had one of there biggest projects yet. They travel to South America to put on a show with old friends. A new years show for over 2 million spectators.
